Coordinate with the fit out team (mall management), contractors, and other vendors for every project.
Coordinate store maintenance periodically.
Conducting research on current and future trends in design and lifestyle, and associated target market features.
Identifying and sourcing props, material, hardware and lighting.
Use artistic skills or computer-aided design (CAD) packages, such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up (preferable) or 3D Max, rendering program (V-ray to create visuals and plans (including 3D design and technical drawing).
Calculate and manage every need of every project.
Supervised ongoing store projects/events.
Periodically check the company's furniture assets (with related division).
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
Having min. 2 year of working experience in the related field.
Good-eye for simple, clean design.
Have a strong knowledge in a variety of materials, constructions and surfaces.
Attention-to-detail and impeccable taste.
The ability to think laterally, outside-the-box; to develop designs and concepts that are eye-catching, unique and innovative.
Strong knowledge of Sketch Up (preferable for 3D modelling program), 3D Max, AutoCAD (preferable for drafting), V-ray or any rendering program.
Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator skills are a plus.
A strong interest in fashion, design, watches, and retail/exhibition.
Great communication skills, fluent in English is a plus.
Young, creative, artistic and highly motivated.
Willing to do overtime work to supervise projects/events on-site if necessary.
