Role Description The Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Curug. This role is responsible for developing interior concepts and layouts for residential projects, including space planning, selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand their needs, preparing mood boards and design presentations, creating detailed drawings and specifications in coordination with architects and construction teams, and overseeing implementation to ensure designs are executed as planned. The Interior Designer will collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and vendors to maintain timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while ensuring that each home reflects the client's vision and is practical for family living.
Qualifications

Ability to plan and organize interior spaces effectively, including strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design.
Knowledge of Architecture principles and residential design standards to coordinate with structural and civil works.
Experience producing accurate Construction Drawings and technical documentation for contractors and site teams.
Skills in selecting and specifying FF&E, including furniture, fixtures, and finishes that align with design concepts and budgets.
Relevant education in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic 3D visualization tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, project teams, and vendors on-site.
Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Understanding of residential construction processes and materials; prior experience in home or apartment projects is an advantage.
