Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Interior Designer to join our team, responsible for managing interior renovation projects from the sales stage through to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle residential and commercial renovation projects, from sales to project handover
Close sales, follow up with clients, and negotiate pricing and scope of work
Create design concepts, layouts, and 3D renderings for client presentations
Prepare accurate project quotations and costing
Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Deliver confident, client-facing design presentations
Requirements:
Proven experience in residential/commercial renovation projects (sales to handover)
Strong closing, negotiation, and client follow-up skills
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for design presentations
Accurate in quotation and cost estimation
Excellent communication skills, confident, and target-driven
Able to multitask across multiple clients/projects
