Job Description

TenderBoard needs someone who can sit between our Project Managers and our engineering team without getting lost in either conversation. You'll need to understand what to build (but not build it), test whether it works, and document what was done across a wide range of ERP integrations involving systems from csv file-drops to Xero to SAP. 

This is not a coding role, but you need to be comfortable opening Postman, reading JSON payloads and vague responses, and understanding field mapping between systems. If you've never touched an API and don't want to, this isn't for you. If you've been in implementation support and want to grow into someone who can run projects end-to-end, it might be.

Responsibilities

1. Integration Coordination

  • Own and maintain the integration requirements for each customer project, ensuring all API endpoints, field mappings, authentication details, and environment configurations are understood and documented. 
  • Track integration-related milestones against the project timeline and flag risks or blockers to the Project Manager proactively.
  • Manage integration environment access, credentials, and test data on both the customer and the TenderBoard side. 

2. Testing & Validation

  • Execute system integration test (SIT) cases using Postman and other API testing tools to validate data flow between TenderBoard and the customer's ERP system. 
  • Document test results, log defects in Jira with clear reproduction steps, and coordinate with engineers to resolve issues before UAT.
  • Support the customer's user acceptance testing (UAT) by supporting the Project Manager on integration-related test scenarios.

3. Documentation & Handover

  • Prepare internal integration documentation covering configuration details, data mappings, and any custom logic applied during implementation.
  • Create handover documentation for the Customer Support Operations team, including known issues, workarounds, and escalation paths for integration-related queries.
  • Deliver training to relevant customer stakeholders on integration-related features and data flows.

Qualifications

Must Have

  • 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination, implementation support, or technical support role within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Working familiarity with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Xero, Workday).
  • Able to use Postman or equivalent tools to execute and troubleshoot API calls with guidance.
  • Excellent written English — you will draft client-facing documentation and internal technical notes.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills; able to maintain trackers, follow up on open items, and keep documentation current.

Nice to Have

  • Computer Science, Information Systems, or related degree.
  • Exposure to integration middleware or iPaaS platforms.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API concepts (HTTP methods, status codes, JSON payloads).
