DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring process standardization and the effectiveness of implemented actions.
- Plan and monitor the execution of the area's operational plans, integrating teams and interfacing departments to achieve organizational objectives.
- Act as a facilitator for cross-functional integration, promoting process alignment, consistency, and the dissemination of management best practices.
- Plan, review, and implement process and procedure improvements aimed at enhancing performance, operational efficiency, and risk reduction.
- Coordinate the management of the IMS documentation system (Document Control), ensuring version control, traceability, availability, and access to up-to-date information.
- Maintain and control the IMS Manual, including document review, approval, and distribution processes, in compliance with applicable standards.
- Coordinate and execute the IMS internal audit program, including the identification of nonconformities, root cause analysis, action plans, and verification of the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide operational support for certification, recertification, and customer audit processes, ensuring compliance with national and international standards and contractual requirements.
- Ensure the maintenance of system certifications by monitoring indicators, risks, nonconformities, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and analyze management reports, performance indicators, charts, and dashboards related to the IMS to support management decision-making.
- Support departments in resolving issues related to the management system, removing barriers and promoting behavioral change and a quality-driven culture.
- Plan, promote, and deliver IMS-related training, as well as coordinate external service providers, controlling costs and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Prepare and support Management Review meetings by consolidating information, performance indicators, and action plans.
- Support the communication and maintenance of the company's QHSE Policy, in coordination with Human Resources and Information Technology, ensuring effective dissemination and organizational awareness.
- Coordinate the availability of IMS documentation through appropriate platforms, ensuring ease of access and use by all departments.
- Support the IMS management in departmental activities and strategic system interfaces.
- Coordinate and develop the IMS team, promoting capability development, engagement, productivity, and a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct periodic team meetings to define objectives, monitor results, and strengthen team integration and interpersonal relationships.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on Quality, or related fields.
Desirable: Postgraduate degree or specialization in Quality Management Systems, Quality Engineering, or Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
KNOWLEDGE/COURSES
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Suitable for audits
- Technical documentation
- Demonstrated knowledge of Integrated Management Systems and quality management tools.
- Lead Auditor training in ISO 9001.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements including internal audit practices
Desirable: Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor training in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, Knowledge of API Q1 requirements, Practical knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving tools such as PDCA, FMEA, and MASP.
