Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, or Civil), Environmental Science, or Occupational Health & Safety.
- 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC, with at least 2–3 years as a lead for ISO certification projects. Professional Training: Certified AK3 Umum is a plus.

In this pivotal role, you will be the primary architect and guardian of our corporate standards, overseeing the integration of QMS (Quality), EMS (Environment), and OHSMS (Health & Safety) into a unified, high-performing system.
- Reporting directly to the CEO Office, you will be responsible for ensuring that all business units operate with maximum efficiency, zero safety incidents, and full compliance with international standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001). Beyond auditing, you will transform complex compliance data into strategic insights, identifying operational risks before they impact the business.
