Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3)/Bachelor's Degree (S1) preferably majoring in Management, Hospital Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of work experience in partnerships, business development, relationship management, or a related field.
- Experience working with hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, or TPAs is a plus.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build and maintain professional relationships with business partners.
- Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and within tight deadlines.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and develop collaborative strategies with insurance companies and Third Party Administrators (TPAs) to expand the company's service network.
- Develop partnerships with clinics and hospitals as service partners by identifying new collaboration opportunities.
- Manage and maintain established collaborative relationships with insurance, TPA, clinic, and hospital partners to ensure their continued success.
- Coordinate and communicate regularly with partners regarding collaborative operations.
- Draft, monitor, and ensure that the implementation of collaborative agreements is in accordance with the agreed terms. Determined
