ZenInsure operates businesses across Indonesia and the Philippines, focusing on general insurance products for motor vehicles, property, health, travel, and others, both for personal and commercial needs. ZenInsure maintains strategic partnerships with Indonesia's top-tier insurers to deliver comprehensive, tech-driven risk solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end placement process, ensuring best-fit solutions for clients, agents, and sales teams.
- Assist customers in understanding insurance products and coverage options.
- Handle insurance placement processes and ensure all documents are complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with insurance partners regarding policy issuance and customer applications.
- Follow up on customer data, policy status, and pending requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to support daily operations.
- Prepare simple reports and maintain insurance data records.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from any major.
- Have experience as a Placement Insurance or related role for minimum 3-5 years.
- Familiar with General Insurance products such as health, motor vehicle, property, etc.
- Have good communication and negotiation skills when coordinating with insurance partners.
- Familiar with insurance placement and policy issuance processes.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
