  • General responsibilities
  • Support team on all administration tasks
  • Support team on all insurance marketing activities
  • Support OIC's report submission, tracks and records all off-line sales performance, prepare OIC's registration book
  • Ensure all company's materials & documents are kept up to date
  • Ensure all insured's materials & documents are kept and recorded

  • Undertake all general administrative

Requirements:

  • Must have insurance knowledge
  • Candidates holding a life brokerage license and a non-life brokerage license are preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Detail and deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
