About us:
OTO.com (automotive financing service marketplace) is a part of CarDekho SEA (India's biggest digital automotive solutions provider). OTO.com operates the business across Indonesia and initially focuses on new car dealerships and expanding the new business unit for used car financing, re-financing, dealer inventory funding, multifinancing, and auto insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Process and validate insurance applications, policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
- Handle customer data entry, documentation, and record maintenance with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with underwriting, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operational workflow.
- Monitor policy status, premium payments, and follow up for outstanding documents.
- Support claims processing by gathering required documents and updating claim status.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate cases as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Good understanding of insurance processes (policy issuance, claims, endorsements) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Ms. Office.
- Organized, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
