Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end claim process between clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure timely and fair settlement.
• Review claim documents and assess coverage based on policy terms and conditions for various general insurance lines.
• Prepare claim summaries, loss reports, and data analysis to support negotiation and client reporting.
• Communicate effectively with clients and insurers to clarify requirements, updates, and resolutions.
• Support continuous improvement of claim handling procedures and maintain accurate claim records.

Requirements:

• Strong technical understanding of general insurance products (e.g. property, motor, liability, marine).
• Proven experience in claim handling or claim support within insurance or brokerage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and numerical ability for claim data analysis and reporting.
• High attention to detail, organized, and able to work under tight timelines.
