Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Commission Sales Associate will identify prospective clients, conduct needs-based financial consultations, and present suitable advisory solutions aligned with AAG's standards and offerings. The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, providing ongoing service, and reviewing clients financial plans as their circumstances change. The associate will participate in training programs, team meetings, and outreach activities to expand the client base and remain updated on products, regulations, and market trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, scheduling and attending client appointments, preparing sales proposals, completing necessary documentation, and achieving sales and performance targets in an ethical and compliant manner.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to meet and exceed commission-based targets.
- Client relationship management, interpersonal, and communication skills to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Basic financial literacy and interest in financial advisory services; prior experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is beneficial.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client appointments, follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Comfort working in a performance-driven environment, with resilience, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and leaders, while also operating independently and responsibly.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and good command of English; strong presentation skills are an advantage.
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline; willingness to obtain any required local financial advisory certifications or licenses.
