Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bandung for the position of Insurance Advisor. The Insurance Advisor will assist clients by identifying their needs and providing tailored insurance and financial solutions. This involves analyzing client requirements, recommending suitable insurance plans, explaining policy details, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes maintaining long-term client relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction with the company's products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Insurance and Finance to provide knowledgeable guidance and develop appropriate solutions for clients
- Proficiency in Consulting and Customer Service to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Effective Communication skills to clearly explain insurance solutions and interact professionally with clients
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in insurance, sales, or client advisory roles is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and with a high level of integrity
