Job Description

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional investors, including asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, and hedge funds.
  • Market and distribute equity ideas, research, and corporate access opportunities to institutional clients.
  • -enerate trading flow by proactively engaging clients with market updates, investment ideas, and relevant research.
  • Work closely with Research Analysts and Sales Traders to deliver timely information and execution support.
  • Identify new client opportunities and contribute to the growth of the institutional client base.
  • Monitor market developments and industry trends to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality with a strong client-service focus.
  • Strong English communication skills are required.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Institutional Equity Sales, Equity Sales, or Capital Markets.
  • Must hold a valid WPPE (Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek) license.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with institutional clients.
  • Strong understanding of equity markets and capital market products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Existing network with institutional investors is highly preferred.
