Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional investors, including asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, and hedge funds.
Market and distribute equity ideas, research, and corporate access opportunities to institutional clients.
-enerate trading flow by proactively engaging clients with market updates, investment ideas, and relevant research.
Work closely with Research Analysts and Sales Traders to deliver timely information and execution support.
Identify new client opportunities and contribute to the growth of the institutional client base.
Monitor market developments and industry trends to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality with a strong client-service focus.
Strong English communication skills are required.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Institutional Equity Sales, Equity Sales, or Capital Markets.
Must hold a valid WPPE (Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek) license.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with institutional clients.
Strong understanding of equity markets and capital market products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Existing network with institutional investors is highly preferred.
