Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field / MBA or advanced degree is a plus;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in equity sales, trading, or a related financial services role and proven track record of managing institutional client relationships such Asset Management, Insurance, and/or Pension Fund and driving sales;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data, and proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, Excel);
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards, strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, self-motivated with a proactive approach to client service and business development.
Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understand clients investment strategies and preferences, and provide tailored market insights and trade ideas to clients;
- Execute buy and sell orders on behalf of clients, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies during transactions, collaborate with traders to provide clients with competitive pricing and liquidity;
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of equity products, including stocks, derivatives, ETFs, and other financial instruments, stay updated on new products and services offered by the firm and develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and pitching the firm's services;
- Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and company-specific news, analyze financial statements and other data to provide clients with actionable insights, prepare and present market reports and updates to clients;
- Work closely with research analysts and other sales team members to deliver comprehensive service to clients, share market intelligence and client feedback with colleagues to improve overall service delivery.
