Your role
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you are responsible for managing incoming leads and converting them into qualified sales opportunities.
You assess which leads are relevant (MQLs), engage with these prospects, and convert them into scheduled meetings (SQLs) for the Inside Sales Executive team.
A significant part of this role involves frequent phone-based and online interaction, where speed, structure, and consistency are key.
You operate in a high-activity environment, ensuring that leads are followed up quickly and effectively, with a clear focus on conversion.
