Your role 

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you are responsible for managing incoming leads and converting them into qualified sales opportunities. 

You assess which leads are relevant (MQLs), engage with these prospects, and convert them into scheduled meetings (SQLs) for the Inside Sales Executive team. 

A significant part of this role involves frequent phone-based and online interaction, where speed, structure, and consistency are key. 

You operate in a high-activity environment, ensuring that leads are followed up quickly and effectively, with a clear focus on conversion. 

 

Key responsibilities 

  • Review and qualify incoming leads to identify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)  
  • Engage with prospects (primarily via phone and online channels)  
  • Convert MQLs into scheduled meetings (SQLs) for the sales team  
  • Maintain a structured and consistent follow-up process  
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM administration  
  • Contribute to a strong and predictable sales pipeline

  • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven way  
  • High energy, persistence, and attention to follow-up  
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus  
  • Experience in selling services is a plus
