We are currently looking for an Inside Sales professional to join our Industrial Division at Mettler Toledo Indonesia
If you enjoy interacting with customers, managing leads, and supporting sales activities in a dynamic environment — this role might be for you!
Responsibilities
- Source new opportunities through inbound leads and outbound outreach (calls & emails)
- Prepare prospect calls with company research and lead insights
- Identify customer trends and share insights with the team
- Maintain and update CRM (leads, prospects, opportunities)
Qualifications
- Diploma / bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, or related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with customer-facing experience are welcome
- Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with customers
- Customer-oriented and enjoys interacting with people
- Basic English communication skills
- Positive attitude, proactive, and good time management
- Experience in inside sales / tele sales / telemarketing is a plus
- Basic understanding of industrial products or applications
- Familiar with Excel (Pivot) or CRM tools
- Willing to learn and grow in a sales & customer interaction role
