In this role, you will be responsible for growing and retaining an assigned book of Small and Medium Business (SMB) accounts. Using a consultative approach, you will build solid relationships to understand your customers business goals and position Iron Mountain's diverse suite of solutions to meet their needs. Success in this role is measured by consistently exceeding sales quotas, maintaining high activity metrics, and ensuring long-term customer loyalty in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Drive Portfolio Growth: Prospect within your assigned book of business to identify new requirements and map them to Iron Mountain solutions, consistently finding avenues to increase revenue and product diversity within established accounts.
- Maintain High-Volume Activity: Ensure consistent customer engagement by executing a minimum of 125 dials and 10 scheduled phone meetings weekly, meticulously tracking all sales stages and activities within Salesforce Dot Com (SFDC).
- Execute Strategic Retention: Proactively identify and contact at-risk customers to resolve issues through needs analysis, while ensuring all contracts are renewed well ahead of expiration to maintain business continuity.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2–4 years of successful Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience, with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding high-volume sales quotas and activity metrics.
- Consultative Selling Expertise: The ability to use effective questioning and listening to align unique insights with customer priorities, reframing the way clients view their business challenges.
- Strong Technical & Analytical Aptitude: Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and a keen understanding of market and industry trends to drive profitable growth.
- Exceptional Time Management: A self-starter mindset with the ability to effectively plan the sales cycle, manage a pipeline accurately, and prepare for every call with clear goal setting and objection-handling plans.
