Role Description The Innovation Program Analyst role at Corporate Innovation Asia (CIAS) is a full-time position based in Duren Tiga, Pancoran with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the Product Analyst will do:

• Develop customized innovation program proposals for prospects e.g. capability development workshops, project-based innovation/incubation programs, strategic meetings, innovation competitions, innovation consulting, s/webinars, etc.
• Collaborate with Consultants/Trainers in modifying or creating learning modules, content (e.g. frameworks, cases), and tools (e.g. canvass) for program materials e.g. Design Thinking, Agile Development, Strategy, Lean Startup, Business Model, Innovation Pitching, Innovation Project Management, Leadership, Thinking Skills, etc.
• Manage the design of new products and re-design of existing signature products.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of working experience in consulting company.
• Experienced in developing content and proposal slide decks for consulting or learning programs.
• Proficient in delivering product sales presentations to prospects/clients.
• Strong in conceptual thinking, analytical skill, creativity and innovation.
• Familiarity in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, data science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity about innovation, product development, and emerging market trends; consulting or innovation program experience is an advantage.
