Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or related roles at BPO company
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in driving operational improvement initiatives and managing cross-functional projects
  • Proficient in data analysis and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and business growth
  • Willing to be based in Yogyakarta

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and implement innovation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business performance
  • Lead process improvement projects and monitor their impact across teams
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive continuous improvement programs
  • Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Create and present project updates, reports, and business cases to management
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the site
