Conducting product development and supervising the stages of formula development include the literature study process, designing a laboratory-scale trial formula, evaluating prototype test results, and monitoring the stability of the trial product.
Identifying opportunities, conducting research, developing and testing prototypes, managing resources, collaborating with external partners, and adapting to trends to drive impactful and sustainable solutions.
Working collaboratively with Head of Innovation, Formulation Development and related functions to ensure that all aspects of the Innovation align with organizational objectives.
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of innovation initiatives / formulation development and ensuring align with company goals.
Ensure that all activities within the lab follow safety protocols and regulatory standards and calibration is carried out in accordance with the provisions for the tools.
Monitoring and calculating COGS or costing estimates for formulation development to maintain financial control and support profitability.
Apply self-leadership in overseeing daily tasks, while also motivating and guiding the team to reach goals and manage strong collaboration across teams and departments.
Become role model in implementing the company culture to foster a supportive work environment for the team.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Pharmacist.
3- 4 Years in R&D skincare or personal care
Having strong interest about cosmetic/skincare/jhair products.
