Role Overview

Responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise network and server infrastructure to ensure system availability, security, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices and servers.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and resolve technical issues.
• Manage network connectivity, firewalls, and proxy configurations.
• Perform server administration, OS patching, and system upgrades.
• Maintain system availability, security, and operational stability.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and incident reports.

Mandatory Skills

1. Network Engineer

• Cisco enterprise network devices.
• Firewalls: Juniper, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/Firepower.
• Proxy: Trellix Skyhigh.
• Enterprise network operations and LAN/WAN troubleshooting.

2. Server Engineer

• Oracle Solaris administration, including OS clustering.
• RHEL and Windows Server administration.
• Enterprise server and system operations.
• Server monitoring, OS patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on experience with the relevant network or server technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Ability to maintain system performance, availability, and security.
