Infrastructure Engineer

About the Position

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and support the infrastructure behind our services. This role focuses on managing and optimizing modern infrastructure built on container technologies, cloud-native environments, and scalable system architecture. You will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating with both internal users and external vendors. If you have strong technical expertise in platforms like Red Hat OpenShift, Linux/Windows servers, databases, and backup systems, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and improve infrastructure that supports company service, ensuring high availability and performance
• Operate and support container platforms (e.g., Red Hat OpenShift) and surrounding technologies including cloud-native tools, serverless environments, microservices architecture, virtual machines, and system monitoring
• Handle general database administration, including deployment, backup, and performance monitoring
• Oversee storage and backup systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and collaborate with internal users to fulfill infrastructure needs
• Apply fundamental knowledge of networking, virtualization, and operating systems (Linux and Windows Server) to support general infrastructure operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or system administration roles.
• Hands-on experience with container platforms, especially Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with backup systems and storage management.
• Understanding of core networking services (e.g., DNS, NTP, Load Balancer, Proxy, Firewall, etc.).
• Basic understanding of database systems, including setup, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
