Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including brokers, advisors, and sellers, to access deal flow
Lead due diligence processes, including financial, operational, legal, and regulatory assessments, to evaluate risks and opportunities associated with acquisitions
Collaborate with internal and external experts to ensure comprehensive evaluation of assets
Negotiate terms and conditions for acquisitions, ensuring favorable outcomes for the organization
Oversee the preparation and review of transaction documents, including purchase agreements, contracts, and financing arrangements
Develop and execute integration plans for newly acquired assets to ensure seamless transitions and alignment with organizational operations
Monitor performance of acquired assets and address any post-acquisition issues
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Construction, or a related field
5+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or sales, with a focus on the landed property and/or vertical market sectors (e.g., construction, retail, hospitality) B2B sector
Proven success in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that contribute to business growth and revenue generation
Experience in building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, property managers, and executives in vertical industries
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate partnership performance and market trends to drive decision-making
Have understanding of IT infrastructure components: Servers, storage, networking, data centers,
Have knowledge in emerging technologies: infrastructure, IoT, 5G, and their potential impact on infrastructure acquisition
Familiar with industry standards and best practices: relevant regulatory compliance standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
