Information Technology System Development Staff

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of system development and software engineering concepts.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as VBA Macro, VB.Net, PHP, or Python.

• Knowledge of database administration, including PL/SQL, SQL Query, Trigger, and Function.

• Understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with IT project management and project scheduling.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Workspace (Google Slides & Spreadsheet).

• Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Manage and monitor IT projects, including vendor assessments, project scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and project progress monitoring.

• Analyze business requirements and develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD).

• Perform system analysis and create test cases for system Quality Assurance (QA).

• Develop, improve, and maintain applications using appropriate programming languages.

• Perform database administration, including database creation, maintenance, PL/SQL, and backup activities.

• Provide support for daily IT inquiries and help ticketing related to business applications and systems.

• Coordinate with users and relevant departments to identify system requirements and resolve application-related issues.

• Prepare and maintain system and project documentation.

• Support system automation and software testing activities.

• Continuously identify opportunities for system improvement and process automation.
