Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably in loyalty programs or web applications.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, databases, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficient in documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Postman) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Descriptions :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirement and create document functional and non-functional requirements for Ultra Voucher Application.
- Analyze existing Ultra Voucher Applications and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Act as a liaison between Product, Engineer, and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
