Role Description

Provide daily technical support to all internal users to ensure the continuity of IT operations, system availability, and the security and reliability of the company's IT infrastructure, and to establish document, and continuously improve the IT management system documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent with min GPA 3.00
• 3 years of experience in IT Support or IT Operations
• Having wide basic knowledge about IT Infrastructure technology, especially in Network & Infrastructure
• Understanding of ISMS/ISO 27001 principle is highly recommended
• Willing to work on documentation/ administration field
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya, Indonesia
