Key Responsibilities
As our IT Systems Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and development of all company-wide IT systems, including:
System & Network Operations
- Install and configure corporate software and hardware (Central systems)
- Manage network servers, security tools, and technology platforms
- Set up corporate accounts, workstations, and access controls
- Develop and maintain local networks to optimize performance
- Monitor performance and ensure systems run according to requirements
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve system issues, outages, and hardware problems
- Check and maintain IT equipment (HDDs, keyboards, mice, etc.)
- Implement security, backup, and integrity procedures
- Schedule system upgrades and ensure software licensing compliance
System Development & Support
- Develop private intranet and public internet sites
- Create reports, BAMs, BPMs, and add-on applications for ERP functionality
- Analyze and report system performance
- Support departments by understanding needs and designing IT solutions
Project & Vendor Management
- Manage IT projects, including installation of new systems
- Select and purchase hardware/software
- Coordinate IT-related activities with team members and vendors
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT systems management or similar roles
- Strong understanding of networks, hardware, security, and system infrastructure
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively and work under minimal supervision
- Familiar with ERP systems, server management, and backup processes
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing IT systems in multi-venue or multi-unit environments
- Strong documentation, analytical, and project management skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational capability
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
