Information Technology Solutions Architect

Job Description:

• Assess customers pain points, business objectives, and IT requirements.
• Design IT infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, Virtualization, Backup, Cloud).
• Create solution topology, Bill of Materials (BoM), and proposals.
• Present products and solutions to customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor for key accounts.
• Oversee existing solutions, identify new opportunities, and drive continuous improvements.
• Build long-term partnerships by combining technical and business insight.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electrical Engineering (preferably)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT industry.
• Experience in solution design, implementation, and optimization.
• Familiarity with sizing and pricing tools for at least two brands (e.g., HPE, Dell, Cisco, HDS, Veritas, VMware).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English, from basic to fluent, is a plus.
• Proactive and customer-focused mindset.
• Willing to travel for business trips.
