Information Technology SAP Developer Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT team in the management and development of SAP CO, PS, PM and MM modules.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into effective and efficient SAP system solutions.
• Oversee implementation projects, upgrades and integration between SAP modules.
• Serve as a liaison between users, consultants and internal technical teams to ensure the success of SAP projects.
• Develop programs and reports using SAP ABAP (Reports, SmartForms, ALV, Enhancements, User-Exits, BAPI, BADI and Interface).
• Debug and repair errors in the SAP system to maintain system stability and performance.
• Provide training and technical support to internal users.
• Actively participate in innovations in digitalizing business processes based on SAP and other enterprise technologies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Economics/Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in SAP with a focus on CO/PS/PM/MM modules, including experience as an Assistant Manager.
• Strong experience in ABAP programming (Custom Report, Enhancement, Interface, Form and Workflow).
• Have a keen understanding of the business flow of a manufacturing company or similar industry.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and in a dynamic work environment.
• Willing to be placed in ASG Tower, Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK).
