Provide end-to-end software development solutions ranging from planning, product release, and maintenance, while enhancing collaboration with development teams to achieve targets.
Discuss product completion schedules and timelines directly with Product Owners.
Maintain strong, positive relationships with team members, other divisions, and external vendors.
Review applications and resolve obstacles using logical or technical problem-solving approaches alongside the development team.
Lead the end-to-end migration from OpenShift (OCP) to AWS ROSA, formulating and managing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate closely with internal teams, business users, and external vendors, including AWS, Red Hat, and System Integrators (SIs).
Oversee and guide the preparation of core project documentation (BRD, HLD/LLD, Migration Plan, Testing Plan, and Cutover Plan) while conducting risk assessments and ensuring regulatory compliance (OJK, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
Present project status reports, updates, and strategic overviews to senior management and the Steering Committee.
Supervise testing phases and guarantee absolute production readiness prior to go-live.
Qualifications
5 to 10 years of professional experience as a Project Manager managing complex IT or cloud projects.
Proven track record in platform migrations, cloud adoption, or application modernization initiatives.
Strong technical understanding of AWS, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and modern DevOps workflows.
Prior work experience within the banking or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or AWS certifications are considered a nice-to-have.
