Manage IT projects within the banking sector, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and rigorous security standards.
Facilitate the vendor procurement process, including RFI management, scoring evaluations, and selection decisions.
Lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives and define granular success metrics to validate technical solutions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), directing activities from initial project kickoff through to deployment.
Monitor system lifecycles to identify End of Support (EOS) risks and execute necessary mitigation or migration plans.
Negotiate and resolve conflicts between business stakeholders and technical development teams to ensure project alignment.
Deliver professional presentations and project updates in English to expatriate stakeholders and international partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience serving as an IT Project Manager.
Prior experience in banking or financial services is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
Proven track record in IT procurement and managing vendor bidding processes.
Strong technical writing skills for creating detailed BRDs and FSDs.
In-depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies and infrastructure lifecycle management (EOS).
Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities in a high-pressure environment.
Advanced English proficiency (Reading, Writing, Listening) for professional communication.
