Information Technology Project Manager

IT Project Manager plays a key role in managing the development and enhancement of our loyalty web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Business, and external vendors, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with business objectives.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in web application development or software implementation.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Familiarity with web technologies, system integration, and software development processes.
• Strong project planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Job Descriptions :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for loyalty
• web applications.
• Analyze existing loyalty systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that applications meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training
• materials.
• Act as a liaison between Product, Engineer, and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and
• collaboration.
• Assist in project planning and management activities, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support for loyalty web applications, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure the stability and performance of applications.
