Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Project Manager located in Semarang. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various IT projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning, resource allocation, and timeline setting to execution and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Acting as the bridge between creative teams, engineering, and executive management to ensure seamless communication and information flow.
- Engaging with stakeholders from diverse regions, maintaining effective communication, and adapting to their needs.
- Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
- Applying best practices, techniques, and standards in project management to optimize project performance.
- Continuously improving project management processes and methodologies.
- Creating detailed project documentation and user-friendly tutorials to assist end-users in utilizing various applications effectively.
- Managing projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while focusing on process and detail orientation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Project Management.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with all project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Strong process and detail orientation, coupled with a flexible and enjoyable work style.
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders effectively.
- Strong project planning, coordination abilities, and resource management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and awareness of industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to document projects to high standards and create accessible tutorials for end-users.
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
