Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Drive innovation and contribute to continuous business improvement.
  • Facilitate one or multiple Scrum Teams (Product Owner, Development Team, Stakeholders).
  • Ensure Agile practices are implemented effectively—adaptive, transparent, and professional.
  • Uphold Scrum values: Courage, Focus, Openness, Respect, and Commitment.
  • Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner to ensure alignment with Sprint Goals and backlog priorities.
  • Facilitate and monitor Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, Retrospective).
  • Identify issues and proactively drive short-term and long-term solutions.
  • Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency.
  • Conduct Agile/Scrum training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Foster strong cross-team collaboration with clear and constructive communication.
  • Support operational risk management (identification, assessment, mitigation) in line with compliance standards.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development projects (SDLC).‍
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or other relevant fields.
  • Proven experience as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Project Manager, or Development Team member.
  • Technical background / experience (development, coding, or system analysis) is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and / or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
  • Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Preferred
  • Scrum-related certifications (e.g., Product Owner, Scrum Developer)

Work Arrangement
  • Employment type: Contract
  • Contract duration: 12 months (extendable)
  • Location: West Jakarta
  • Work type: On-site/Work from Office (WFO)
  • Expected join date: July/August 2026 (immediate joiners are preferred)
