Information Technology Project Coordinator

Responsible

• Plan, execute, and monitor HCIS projects, including scope, timeline, and resources.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Coordinate with HC stakeholders, HC Developer Team, and vendors.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
• Support system implementation, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment.
• Maintain proper project documentation and reporting.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities within HC systems.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Having 34 years of experience in IT project management or system implementation.
• Experience handling HRIS Product or Human Capital related projects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and SDLC.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured, disciplined, and able to manage multiple initiatives.
• English is a must.
