Role Description The Information Technology Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Cempaka Putih, responsible for supporting and maintaining Orson Indonesia's IT infrastructure and services. This position includes providing day-to-day technical support to users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and ensuring reliable operation of systems and applications. The role involves monitoring network performance, managing user accounts and access rights, and assisting with system administration tasks such as backups, updates, and security controls. The Information Technology Officer will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to implement IT solutions, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Information Technology, including knowledge of common operating systems, business applications, and IT best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Troubleshooting and Technical Support for hardware, software, and user issues in an office or manufacturing environment.
- Skills in Network Administration, including basic configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and network devices.
- Experience with System Administration tasks such as user management, data backup and recovery, software installation, and patch management.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests, with strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Relevant education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage.
- Awareness of cybersecurity practices and data protection, with a proactive approach to system reliability and security.
- Comfort working on-site in a manufacturing setting and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external service providers.
