IT Infrastructure / Senior IT Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain cloud infrastructure, virtual machines, and on-premise systems.
- Perform routine system health checks, monitoring, and troubleshooting (L2 L3).
- Handle production incidents (P0P4) and drive timely resolution.
- Manage compute instances, networking, storage, load balancers, and IAM/policies.
- Build automation and operational tooling (Bash, Python, Terraform, CI pipelines).
- Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance optimization aligned with SLAs.
- Maintain observability platforms, alerting configurations, and operational dashboards.
- Implement infrastructure security best practices, including patching and hardening.
- Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation.
Qualifications :
Must-Have Requirements (Mandatory):
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) in production environments.
- Ability to manage AWS services such as EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, IAM, ALB/NLB, CloudWatch, etc.
- Experience with AWS networking, security groups, and infrastructure automation.
General Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure, System Engineering, or System Administration.
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, DNS, VPN, NAT, firewall rules).
- Experience with virtualization, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and web servers.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability (metrics, logs, alerts, dashboards).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and exhibits strong ownership.
- Good communication and teamwork.
