Role Description
- Provide hardware/software support for employees
- Maintain network infrastructure and Wi-Fi
- Manage internal system access (email and LDAP)
- Monitor bandwidth and virtual machine (VM) usage
- Manage servers (proficient in Linux)
- Support meeting rooms (able to set up audio equipment and TVs)
- Support Katadata events (when required)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Min. 1 years experience as IT Infra in media industry (preferred)
- Expertise in Network Administration and Network Security to ensure the reliable and secure operation of IT systems
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support to address and resolve hardware and software issues effectively
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Willing to Work From Office
