General Responsibilities & Requirements ð° :
- Minimum 1 year experience in the field of infrastructure & network and security implementation and maintenance (Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science is a plus).
- Delivering product presentations and demonstrations, providing support at internal and external customer-facing events, also providing Proof of Concept (POC) to customers.
- Providing Pre- and Post-Sales support for products, including design, technical advice, and points of contact.
- Have competent experience and knowledge in switching and routing and various system concepts is a must.
- Have hands-on experience in configuring, hardening, and troubleshooting infrastructure & endpoints as well as network security solutions.
- Have the ability to learn new or unfamiliar technologies and products quickly using documentation and internet resources.
- Fluent in English.
- Have a driver's license (SIM A).
