Information Technology Engineer Lead

What You'll Do

1. Contribute directly to system architecture, code reviews, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.
2. Build, maintain, and enhance backend payment services to ensure high performance, stability, and clean code quality.
3. Collaborate with Product, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that support business growth.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working across the entire tech stack when needed.
5. Mentor and guide the engineering team to ensure best practices and alignment with technical standards.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in backend development or related roles.
3. Experience in leading a team or project, including mentorship responsibilities.
4. Hands-on experience with Git workflow, microservices architecture, Python or Golang, and database technologies (MySQL/NoSQL/PostgreSQL/Elasticsearch).
5. Proven experience designing scalable and highly available systems.
6. Exposure to messaging systems (Pub/Sub, Kafka, RabbitMQ) and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
