Develop, test, and maintain applications in accordance with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards.
Execute system development projects using Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop both web-based and mobile applications.
Perform system and database integration (SQLServer, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, and implement continuous improvements on existing applications.
Write clean, well-structured, and properly documented code.
Manage version control using Git.
Requirements:
Strong database knowledge: SQLServer / MySQL / PostgreSQLHands.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or Microservice Architecture.
Proficient in modern programming languages and frameworks, such as PHP, Node.js, Express.js, .Net Core, React.js, Laravel, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Flutter (for mobile applications).
Familiar with Git for version control.
Preferably understands real estate business processes.
