Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Business System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical solutions. The IT Business System Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and design solutions that meet business objectives
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communicate with business users to determine specific business requirements for reports and business intelligence solutions
- Collaborating with other groups and organizations, elevate data quality concerns and communicate known system problems
- Contributing to the organization via project participation at team, department, ISIT and global level
- Support application, integration and user acceptance testing
- Track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution
- Assist in documentation of work processes, system workflow and operating procedures
- Support incident management and Change request
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or HOD from time to time when required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Min. 2-5 years experience in IT and similar role as IT business system analyst
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English; Mandarin is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Java/ABAP/Phython language is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Google Script will be an advantage
- Self-motivated; able to work within a project-based environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
