Information Technology Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Provide solution recommendations based on business needs and system capabilities.
• Perform historical data migration and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct system integration testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Act as a bridge between business users and the technology team for all system and data-related matters.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure project delivery stays on track and meets agreed timelines.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working in IT as a Business Analyst.
• Good understanding of insurance business processes.
• Experience in value-added insurance or banking will be an advantage.
• Strong experience with relational and multidimensional databases, including data integration and transformation.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Able to create mockups using Figma.
• Able to design sequence diagrams and ER diagrams using Draw.io or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to adapt in a fast-moving and changing environment.
