Monroe Consulting Group is currently representing a leading software development company in the search for a qualified professional to join their Product & Technology team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about building impactful digital solutions and driving innovation within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain.
You will play a key role in shaping functional requirements, supporting system integrations, and ensuring high-quality product delivery within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering sessions for SCM modules (procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics).
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the full SDLC.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend scalable system enhancements.
- Facilitate and manage UAT (test scenarios, coordination, issue tracking).
- Support ERP and third-party system integrations (including APIs).
- Maintain detailed documentation (BRD, FRD, data flow diagrams, process maps).
- Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and communicate updates proactively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 69 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with minimum 4 years in SCM/ERP-related products.
- Strong understanding of procurement, order management, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics processes.
- Hands-on experience with SCM platforms (SAP, Oracle, Infor, or equivalent).
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Solid Agile/Scrum experience (sprint planning, backlog management).
- Intermediate SQL for data validation and analysis.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
Nice to Have
- API/EDI integration experience.
- Exposure to WMS or TMS systems.
- Experience in SaaS product environments.
