Current Job Opening:
The position we are currently hiring for is part of our sister company, PT. Cepat Sehat Indonesia, which is located in Bali. PT. Cepat Sehat Indonesia focuses on digitalizing healthcare services through innovative digital business solutions and VAS (Value-Added Services).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle user requests by gathering detailed requirements, analyzing them, and providing proposed solutions.
- Control solutions by establishing specifications and coordinating development with programmers.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FSD), UAT plans, test cases, and assist in user training & deployment preparation.
- Define application problems by collaborating with clients, evaluating procedures, and troubleshooting issues.
- Provide necessary training to client personnel and ensure smooth operation.
- Develop technical documents including FSD and support QA in creating test cases.
- Document business flows and system specifications accurately.
- Support technical teams during feature implementation or system integration.
- Identify and propose improvements based on user feedback.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to design and deliver effective solutions.
Job Descriptions:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent.
- Required skills: SDLC, Analytical Skills, PHP, VAS Telecommunication, Java, SQL Server, Business Intelligence (BI).
- Good communication skills and attractive personality.
- Proficiency in English, especially in writing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in the finance industry or digital business is a plus.
- Skilled in creating documentation such as BRD, FSD, and User Stories.
- Knowledge of API integration, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
