Key Responsibilities
- To lead complex analysis initiatives
- Ensure high-quality requirements for strategic and high-impact programs/transformation
- Mentor Business Analysts to ensure consistency, traceability, and value realization across projects
Person Specifications
- Minimum experience as IT Business Analyst or similar role 2.5 years
- Project experience in Treasury, Banking, or Investment, specifically related to Treasury, and experience handling LOS or Treasury products.
- Follow business analysis standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Translate business strategy and high-level objectives into clear, structured, and prioritized requirements
- Ensure project and transformation requirements completeness, consistency, and traceability across end-to-end processes
- Collaborate closely with IT architecture, IT delivery, business stakeholders, application owners to ensure solution alignment
- Support value realization tracking and readiness for go-live
