Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Mandatory professional certification recognized nationally or internationally.
• Strong experience in business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Able to develop Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Flowcharts/Workflow Diagrams.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to translate business requirements into practical, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop functional specifications, user stories, and business process flows.
• Ensure the developed system/product aligns with the agreed business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical, development, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support QA teams in preparing UAT scenarios and test cases.
• Communicate business requirements and solution recommendations clearly to relevant stakeholders.
