The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing IT asset management and IT administrative operations to ensure efficient procurement processes, accurate budget tracking, and seamless cross-departmental coordination. This candidate will lead the IT asset & administration team while ensuring alignment between operational execution and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Administration, or IT Operations
- Experience leading and mentoring IT Asset & Administration teams
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira and MS Project
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
- Understanding of procurement flow (PR, PO, payment) and budget cycle management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the IT Asset & Administration team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage end-to-end IT asset lifecycle and administrative processes
- Align IT system administration and asset management processes with business and operational goals
- Monitor and analyze procurement data and IT budget utilization to improve cost efficiency
- Coordinate procurement processes (PR, PO, payment) and ensure compliance with budget cycles
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and other departments to ensure effective end-to-end execution
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports related to IT assets, procurement status, and budget utilization
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements
