Information Technology Application Support

Job Description

• Experience with PL/SQL and able to debug or query databases for data analysis.
• Familiar with ticketing systems such as Remedy or similar platforms.
• Understand how to start, stop application services, and manage servers remotely.
• Experience using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Grafana.
• Understand system integration and able to handle communication between applications and their surrounding environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Application Support or a similar position.
• Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Job Requirements

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in an environment with complex integrated systems.
• Able to work in a team and have good communication.
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Linux/Windows) and scripting (Shell/Python) is a plus.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methods is an added advantage.
